PARTNERING TO SUPPORT

Indigenous Cultural Values

Since 2008, we’ve collaborated with First Nations communities across North America to enhance their access to vital services such as eHealth and eEducation. ROHL takes pride in having supported over 50 of these communities, laying hundreds of kilometers of fiber optic cable, thereby connecting them to hospitals, schools, and fostering intercommunity links.

PROUD HISTORY OF PARTNERSHIP

First Nation Communities

We take pride in our longstanding partnerships with First Nation groups. We deeply value the trust established with our Indigenous partners, and with respect for their unique cultural heritage, we collaborate closely.

COMMITMENT

Training and Development

ROHL has always been committed to supporting the sustainability of First Nations Communities. This has been demonstrated through the creation of education (ROHL Mentorship Program) and employment opportunities throughout the life of the proposed project and in the years following; We strive to ensure the results are Community driven and Community operated. A long standing ROHL policy is our solid commitment to the development of First Nations workforces by providing accessible, affordable, and effective training programs to maximize participation and employment opportunities.
